Order Help

Small orders are usually printed and ready within 1–3 days. Larger or more complex orders may take a bit longer. We'll always give you an estimate when your order is confirmed, and message you as soon as it's ready.

Most orders are collected in Edinburgh — once your order is ready, we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient time and place to meet up. In some cases (very local, usually family or friends) we can arrange delivery — just mention it when ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.

We accept cash or card on collection. If you paid by card online through the website, you're already sorted — no need to pay again.

Not at all! If you've just placed your order, we'll be in touch once it's printed and ready. If it's been more than a few days and you haven't heard from us, feel free to message us on WhatsApp or send us an email and we'll update you straight away.

If your order hasn't started printing yet, we can usually make changes. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

We're mostly collection-based in Edinburgh. In some circumstances — very local customers, or usually family and friends — we can arrange delivery. Just ask when ordering and we'll let you know if it's doable. We don't offer postal delivery.
