Orders

Orders can be placed through our website basket, WhatsApp, or email. All orders are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us before printing begins. We aim to respond to all orders within 24 hours. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment until we have confirmed it.

Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the site are in GBP (£). We accept cash or card on collection. Card payment can also be made online at checkout via Square. Payment is taken before or on collection — whichever works best for you. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be applied at checkout where shown. Codes are single-use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, and are subject to expiry or withdrawal at any time. A code has no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed order.

Printing Times

Small orders are typically printed and ready within 1–3 days. Larger or more complex orders may take longer. We'll always give you an estimated timeframe when your order is confirmed, and get in touch as soon as it's ready.

Collection & Delivery

Most orders are collected in Edinburgh — we'll arrange a convenient time and location once your order is ready. In some circumstances, local delivery may be possible (very local customers, usually family or friends). This is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed. We do not offer postal delivery.

Cancellations

You may cancel or amend your order before printing has begun. Once printing has started, we're unable to accept cancellations or changes. To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.

Custom Prints

Custom print requests can be submitted via our custom print form. We'll review your idea and get back to you with feasibility, pricing, and a time estimate. Custom prints are priced on a case-by-case basis depending on size, complexity, and material. We reserve the right to decline any request, including those involving copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected designs where we do not have permission to reproduce them.

Colours

Products can be printed in any of our available filament colours. Colours shown on the website are approximate — actual shades may vary slightly due to printing conditions and screen differences. If a specific colour is out of stock, we'll let you know and offer alternatives.

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are 3D-printed to order, we don't offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives faulty or significantly different from what was agreed. If there's a problem with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of collection and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email address, or phone number) is used solely to process and fulfil your order. We do not share your details with third parties or use them for marketing without your consent.
